"Very Good"
The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are several buses close to the hotel that take you to the city centre. 10/15 minutes walk to the main bus terminal. Breakfast is plentiful, you can choose from a menu of 8 to 10 options.

The location was perfect for what we needed and was close to the bus station and a 20 minute walk to the main attractions.

"Excellent"
Staff were excellent. Above and beyond. Helped us with a later checkout due to bus getting in 4 hours late. Also helped print tickets for us that we needed for our next train. Can’t thank them enough. We were tired, hungry and pretty frustrated when we arrived- the staff made everything so easy! Thank you

Nice room! Clean room (bathroom a bit dirty). Sheets nice, spacious, quiet, close to bus/train station! 24 hour reception too, which is nice! Staff all lovely and breakfast is good! Late checkout (12pm which was appreciated!)
